Based in Ventura County, California, I am drawn to the relationship between people, places, and nature. My work spans three genres: landscape, wildlife, and editorial portraiture. Each is shaped by an appreciation for light, atmosphere, and the stories that life gives us.
In my landscape work, I find inspiration in California’s rugged mountains, wild deserts, and the places where urban life meets untamed wilderness. In wildlife, I focus on the intimate and often fleeting moments of native species, creating images that reflect the beauty, character, and delicate balance of the natural world.
My editorial portraiture is rooted in storytelling. I explore personality, style, gesture, and the quiet moments between a subject and their place in the world. Working with people allows me to create images that are both intentional and authentic, portraits that reveal something about the individual while capturing the atmosphere and character of the moment.
Across all of my work, I look for moments that feel genuinely compelling. Whether photographing a landscape, wildlife, or a person, my goal remains the same: to create thoughtful imagery with a strong sense of place, character, and emotion.
When I am not exploring backcountry trails with a camera in hand, I continue to use photography to tell stories, celebrate life’s natural beauty, and create meaningful portraits of the world around us.
